Noontime photos are rather dull. Everything looks the same. The sun is bright and shines straight down, eliminating dramatic shadows.
So I'm instituting a new feature: in addition to the noontime photos (which will continue), every day an additional picture will be taken. Tomorrow's picture will be taken one hour before sunrise, and each subsequent picture will be taken later, until one year from tomorrow, it will be taken one hour after sunset. The photo times are computed each day by linear interpolation of the sunrise/sunset times provided by NOAA; this should help account for the different day lengths during summer and winter.

Hopefully your script will know not to fall back and spring forward?
