Fire at Deutsche Bank
That building is filled with toxic waste and dead people. There were two hazmat trucks parked in front of my building when I got home from work. How reassuring!
Also note the links at the bottom, about the broken standpipe and the larcenous contractor. These guys make the Port Authority appear competent.
